I was little disappointed following my little boys appointment. He had been experiencing some problems recognising letters and his teacher asked for us to take him to the a Behavioural Optometrist. We decided to take him for a routine appointment also and then ask the Optometrist for further advice. She said that she would look into this for me and call me back the next day. She didn't call back. It has put me off returning with him for future appointments.

I can't think of anything. Only that if the person having an appt brings someone else along. Perhaps check if they too would like a test done if there is any appts or someone available to test them too. Especially if they are diabetic

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming and conducted the tests professionally and thoroughly. Only negative is that the range of non-designer sunglasses was awful. Less than 10 of Boots own brand sunglasses, only 3 £90 options. The others were all ludicrously expensive designer ones. Ended up buying sunglasses from the teenage section!
